Breaking news has gone bye bye
Lucas

I used to have the breaking news on the right hand side of my computer...now I just see current events and stuff.
I have no idea what happened to my breaking news :(
Can someone email me or help me out with this problem! I could be news starved...if I don't get help! :)

It's controlled in your profile settings. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner to get to the control panel. Thank John Robinson for his insightful program.

Should have added: You set it under 'My Subscriptions'.

Then again, I thought everyone had Breaking News on the right side of the main forum.

Thank you...that fixed the problem. It is strange because I went to the subscription area earlier and it did not give me that option. But...anyway it is working now! Thanks

What's a binary? It's explained on the other side of "Breaking news".

I'm having the same problem, when I try to edit my subscriptions or forums this is the message that is displayed.
There isn't much to do here just yet. In the future, this page will allow you to manage your forum subscriptions and memberships. Since that functionality is not yet implemented, this page serves merely as a placeholder.

I can't seem to change or adjust my subscriptions at all. Whenever I click "Update", it goes back to the way it was before I made my adjustments.

Every time I change my subscriptions it goes right back the the ones it seems to have defaulted to.
