It's one thing to post mainstream, widely-published nonsense from lefties. Since those are already in wide distribution, it's worth our time to dissect it.

But it's another thing entirely to take a bit of drivel by some two-bit no-name leftist from an obscure website, and give it a wider audience (far more than it deserves) here.

Yes, it's amusing (and outraging) to see what some liberals are thinking, but people who enjoy that sort of thing can go watch the liberals in their native habitats if they wish -- there's little point in distracting the FreeRepublic population at large with the mouthings of some obscure liberal when there are much bigger fish to fry. We need to concentrate our efforts on the liberals who actually have a chance to influence public policy in this country -- the little nutcases are completely unimportant in the grand scheme of things.

Let's not laugh at the one enemy soldier who can't load his rifle, if it distracts us from the main force coming over the hill to the west.

I could not beleive my ears when FOX played audio clips of Hillary Yelling and Raning!

I had to ask my family if I sound like that I am going to get help they laughed said I was no where near her level.

It would be cool EL if you could post that audio. Maybe put a alert in the title.

Did you put alerts in the two that got pulled?

I will go read all the replys you got and see if you got it figured out why your posts we're pulled.

We know our enemy. We have their messege blared at us 24/7 through NBCCBSMSNBCCNNNYT and other liberal media outlets. Both you and I are completly free to "know our enemy" by opening a second browser window and read, understand respond to, research, and discuss the issues at hand on countless other web sites.

The decision's by the Moderators, is a lot like the decisions made by umps and refrees-nearly every time you slow down the action and really study the replay-they made the right call. Even when they occasionally make a bum call, they are still the voice of authority-someone has to have the final word, or there would be nothing but chaos.

Don't get the idea that you are being picked on, or singled out. There are few old timers here, who post regularly, or respond to posts by others, that have not once of many times, been flamed, had a post pulled or had their posting priviliges suspended for a while-some permanently.

All web sites have rules and regulations. If you find Free Republic as special as most of us do-learn the rules well, respect the authority of the Owner, JIm Robinson and his Moderators.

Newspaper Editors don't publish every letter they rtecieve either.

The only thing I did was to post the half-baked arguments of some liberal dimbulb, so everybody can hopefully have a laugh, and I get rewarded by getting my post pulled???

This has happened to me twice, and I think I'm not endorsing what tha person ranted about the president.

Did the half-baked arguments warrant a new thread, or could it have been posted in a comment on a related existing thread? There have been a lot of pointless threads along the lines of "Look what this idiot at lame-leftist-site.com said about the president" or "Can you believe what Doofus Dimwit just said on ABCNNBCBS news just said?", etc. Such threads are often pulled as a waste of bandwidth.

This doesn't have a lot to do with what happened to you , but it's a good opportunity for me to gripe about the "No VDARE articles" policy. They had an excellent article about that left-wing harpie Jane Elliot that I tried to post, only to get the "VDARE postings are not allowed here message". Feh.
