AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 828) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | April 28, 2003 | All of Us

Posted on 04/28/2003 4:16:10 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Ten Iraqis have filed a complaint in a Belgian court accusing Gen. Franks of war crimes in Iraq. Belgium has a law that allows their courts to try war crimes committed by anyone anywhere in the world - "universal jurisdiction" as it is called by some. The United States is warning Belgium if the case is taken up it will have serious diplomatic repercussions.

Heard much from the Hollywild left lately? Probably not. Most of the anti-war stars have decided to beat a solid retreat in the face of a lightning quick war with broad support across the country.

The Unitd States is considering moving its main mid-east air command center from Saudi Arabia to Qatar.

And today is, or was, Saddam's birthday.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

I heard on the radio today that Sen. Bob Graham, Democratic presidential challenger (ok, so I'm exaggerating a bit there) , had more praise for the President. In an interview on one the talking heads shows yesterday, it was reported that he announced that the President made the wrong decision when he declared war on Iraq. He said something to the effect of "this has caused a fracture with our Allies on the War on Terror." Really? Like who? France? Russia? Germany? With friends like them, who needs enemies?

He also (Does this man get any stupider???? I read this humdinger in the paper today) said that "President Bush has virtually abandoned Afghanistan and the fight against terrorism, which allowed al-Qaida to regroup while he pursued war on Iraq." Really? Notice that it does not say "possible regrouping" or "they may be regrouping" but that he has allowed them to regroup. WHAT????? Does he think that President Bush can't walk and chew gum at the same time or something?

I don't know about you guys, but if I were President Bush, I would take advantage of this opportunity to ask Senator Graham which source(s) he relied on to come to this conclusion. Does he have pictures? Intelligence? (the spy kind, not the mental...that's a foregone conclusion)

Democrats are so good at pointing the finger and laying the blame on everyone else...but when it comes to them actually having to take action, they fall flat on their faces.

I guess he didn't hear about the documents found in Iraq that at the very least link SoDamn Insane and Osama bin Laden. Regarding our alliance with France, George W. Bush just did what he needed to do: he told them to put their cards on the table and letting the whole world see their hand. Speaking of putting the cards on the table, whoever came up with the idea of playing cards with the faces of the "most wanted" deserves a raise. I wonder if Jacque Chirac's face is in that deck somewhere......

Though many don't, anyone reading the papers would have seen that we launched another offensive in Afghanistan as we launched the attack on Iraq.

Even if he wasn't reading the paper, we heard about that on TV. Which I pointed out to that little twit in an email I sent him.

What a dope-on-a-rope.

Rat talking points for the week:

1. We have squandered our good will overseas.

2. Afghanistan is falling apart.

3. Tax cuts are a risky scheme.

Repeat until the DNC faxes new themes.
