George Clooney... you think the Dixie Chicks are bad?

From George Looney
"It's the head guys who really tick me off. You dumb down at the top, so what does that do to the bottom? Who's going to stand up for us now? I just want someone smart to stand up and shout, 'Bullshit!' They tell us we're going to war and no one's saying 'Bullshit' loud enough. And the language! Listen to the language! 'Evil.' 'Evil'? 'Nexus of evil'? 'Evil-doer'? That's my favourite, 'evil-doer'! What's wrong with their vocabulary: couldn't they come up with 'schmuck'?"
"What did Bush do on 9/11? He ran away and hid. Even Reagan knew more about leadership than that, and he was as bad a symbol of America as I can think of, off-hand. But at least he's been in enough cowboy movies to know he had to come out and stand on top of the rubble and be seen shaking his fist or something."

I am saddened, deeply saddened that Petah didn't have this information at the ready. Had he had it, I am CERTAIN he would have been in NYC with GWB addressing the firefighters with his own megaphone. "I can hear YOU!"

but clooney did take the check for the movie three kings,if he was so much against wars, why he did that movie?
(there was another president in the white house).
i hope the rest of his movies end up like solaris!

"...Clooney is dating the lovely Renee Zellweger. I am already waiting her to say something stupid, forcing me to boycott her."
Then you probably won't like this...I read a quote of Renee's recently where she pretty much fawned all over Michael Moore's 'Stupid White Men'. She expressed her embarrassment at her own ignorance. She was glad to be "enlightened" by the scruffy one.

OH PLEASE!!
I think Mr. Clooney has conveniently forgotten that the Secret Service has VERY specific procedures to protect the President in case of attack on the USA. The reason why the President flew to Offult AFB in Nebraska was because they didn't know the level of attack that was being done on the USA, and Offult AFB has command and control facilities to coordinate the necessary responses in case of a national emergency. In fact, at Offult AFB they had an E-4B airborne command post waiting on the tarmac that Bush could have taken off in if the attacks had been more serious and the situation demanded that the President be kept safe at all times.
Actually, if the situation had gotten REALLY serious early on, the President could have used the VC-25A normally used as Air Force One as a command post--the VC-25A is equipped with the latest communications gear to communicate with our strategic forces and sports an in-flight refuelling system that would have allowed the VC-25A to stay as long as two days in the air.

These sorts of outbursts appear to occur to actors just before they go into career dive.
Remember Alec Baldwin anyone? His "stoning" remark confirmed he was living under the illusion that any statement he made about political foes was immunized from backlash.
I wouldn't call him the basis for a trivia question as yet, but it strikes me that Baldwin's move to the B-List paralleled the growing irrationality and irresponsibility of his political rhetoric.
The more Clooney rants, the more the public will tire of him. When that happens, he'll join Baldwin outside the loop of bankable celebs.

I read somewhere that Clooney is a High School drop out.
Unlike people who are poor or sick, I doubt that was Clooney's reasons. He is related (unfortunately) to Rosemary Clooney (many of you probably know her as the female lead in the Christmas classic "It's A Wonderul Life."
Clooney also made fun of Charleston Heston because he developed Alzheimers. Clooney's lame excuse after receiving a storm of angry responses from Alzheimer's patients and institutions was "anyone who heads the NRA deserves it.". Heston's reply was "too bad class skipped a generation--referring to Rosemary Clooney whom he knew."

Oops got my facts mixed. Donna Mill (who looks like Rosemary Clooney) was the lead in "It's A Wonderful Life."
Rosemary Clooney is one of the female leads in another Christmas classic "White Christmas."

Looney is a total loser AND a
dropout. He is nothing but a priviledged pretty boy who is too damned dumb to make it at
ANY college, even in massively dumbed-down majors like basket weaving and acting.
To: Childseyes
He's dumb as a rock. Good thing he's rich and handsome...he'd never have the wits to talk a gal out of her britches....he is a self professed playboy isn't he?

He dropped out of the University of Kentucky. Remember, folks, these people are ACTORS. Their "work" consists of pretending they are someone else. Kinda scary.

Al hiding under the desk in the Oval Office with a yellow puddle between his knees would have been spun by the media as "President Al Bravely Mans Phones in Oval Office while NYC, Washington Under Attack!" And they probably would have spun the yellow puddle as the result of "too much iced tea."
Isn't it ironic that so many of the celebrities who snicker at Bush's supposed stupidity can barely put together a complete sentence? If they don't have a script in front of them they are utterly lost. As for (c)Looney, I never watched any of his movies or TV shows, a practice I will happily continue.

Nothing's wrong with their vocabulary; indeed, I think the words were chosen with care and skill. Saddam Hussein is an evil-doer. George Clooney is a schmuck...OK, if I correctly recall the distinction Leo Rosten drew in The Joys of Yiddish, it would be more accurate to say Mr. Clooney is a putz.

Again, more stupid propoganda from the stars. Trying to use their status to make a point. The real majority is here; peeps writing comments and talking about THEIR opinions. The people who don't have millions of dollars and retarded spin doctors writing their drivel for the masses. Who really gives a fuck about George Clooney? I don't. Mr. Clooney if you read this I want to kick you ass just so I can go TV and say I did, ya schmuck! Then I kick your ass again just so I can boost about it so more. Eat my fist!
