I don't seem to be traveling enough, I am only using 2.9 earths worth. I will have to start shopping on the other side of town.

What I thought were my simple needs, according to the enviros would require 7.4 earths.

Oh well, time to go get in my horrendous vehicle, by myself, and head out for some nice packaged grub at my evil neighborhood grocer.

Cheers all.

Maybe you could drive instead of riding your bike?

What pushed me into the big numbers is the sweet wifey and I have a big house and there's just the two of us...not counting the doggies...plus all the flying, plus the 20-mpg fire-breathing, turbo-charged Ford Power Stroke diesel we use to drive down to the mailbox everyday.

I would have even scored higher but had to admit to occasionally using animal power.

I think the next car I buy will have to be the BIGGEST SUV I can find .. you know, the kind that you need a ladder to climb into

This is the big dog you "need", (deserve). Unfortunately the base price is around $35,000, I think that might include a steering wheel and a couple of tires(?)

This is more your style...this big dog also comes with the Ford Power stroke, (don't get excited) diesel engine, the most powerful engine in an SUV. This sucker will push your lips back when you stomp on the throttle.

Yes they do, but nothing worth owning. Ford has the best diesel engine made right now.

You must have a diesel engine in your SUV so you will be accepted at the local truck shop.

Driving this big dog will get you out of the puny "3.7 planets" rating.

I am driving a full sized Detroit 4 door sedan with a V-8 already, so this is gonna take some serious consuming.

The Chevy Suburban is the National Car of Texas:

It is the one that really started the SUV growing past just Jeeps.

Then there is the Cadillac Version:

They also have a pickup.

You probably know this, but in Utah and Idaho Chevy Surburbans are called, MAVs...for Mormom Assault Vehicles.

I'll bet there are more MAVs in Salt Lake City than any place in the world.

Nice car!! Don't see many Vipers around...how do you like it?

Nope, for years, one Chevy dealership just outside Houston sold over half of all suburbans made. Back before Chevy started putting decent interiors in them, most were customized to luxury car level and custom painted.

I think I would love it if I could get it, sniffle sniffle.

Mr Right just bought a new Tahoe. It's a nice rig - a lot more room inside than it looks like it has from the outside.

Oops, went back and re-read; indeed you didn't claim to own the Viper...I've been up here too long, the lack of oxygen is taking its toll.
