I heard this is only the second time in April for sub-tropical storm. It is getting an early start. They say we may have t-storms in Philly today and tomorrow. Wouldn't you know, I'm having company and was planning a short walk to all the sights in Center City. Hopefully it will hold off until the dinner hour.
