We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]
US Apache helicopters battled with the Iraqi Second Armored Brigade of the Medina Division. AA fire brought down at least one helicopter; Iraq claimed two craft were brought down.
Saddam addressed the people of Iraq and promised victory soon while discussing many of the recent battles.

The Agonist, which I linked yesterday, is still my main source of news about the war. That one guy alone, Sean-Paul Kelly, puts out an amazing amount of information and links, about the same amount as those 20 guys at The Command Post. He mentioned last night that he had 32 browser windows open and two TVs on (Fox and CNN). He still finds time to read his readers' comments and reply to e-mails.

Good morning to all. Much news on the front this week-end... all of it very sad to me. Most of it instilled anger in me especially after listening to the former POW who I relate to very much and is an on-going influence; my father. He is very angry at the treatment of the prisioners. But, he says this type of treatment accurred during WWII also and not all countries are honorable.
May God watch over our troops serving this country so bravely and elequently.
May Michael Moore and his ilk rot in the place where his fingers and toes will be hot pink for all of eternity!

We were shopping at a Total Beverage store. Really, I wanted him to see it since he doesn't have one in PA. When youwalk in the front door, all of the wines are French. He got into a discussion with the clerk about the French, WWII, and this war. I believe he is representive of many of our veterans.
