Saddam Husseins Deception and Defiance Weve heard unconditional before
Last week, the President of the United States focused the world's attention on Iraqs continued defiance of UN resolutions. Saddam Husseins regime claimed yesterday that Iraq would comply unconditionally. While this new statement is evidence that world pressure can force the Iraqi regime to respond, it is also a return to form. Time after time, without conditions has meant deception, delay, and disregard for the United Nations.
"I am pleased to inform you of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to allow the return of United Nations weapons inspectors to Iraq without conditions." - Naji Sabri, Iraq's minister of foreign affairs, September 16, 2002 (emphasis added)
The above timeline details the Iraqi regimes repeated pattern of accepting inspections "without conditions" and then demanding conditions, often at gunpoint. To follow the timeline, please click on each link designated by year. Example: 1991 |

Too bad all those peaceniks, etc., have their eyes and ears closed to the truth.... Now, if Bill Clinton was giving a speech like this, it would be the most remarkable thing they ever heard.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
I have a file. (^; Paul Lynde, huh, lol!
"The first to benefit from a free Iraq would be the Iraqi people themselves."
"Iraqi lives and freedom matter greatly to us."
"If we must use force, the U.S. and our coalition stand ready to help a liberated Iraq."

03/03/03 has a nice ring to it, too. As in, 3 strikes - you're out.

Those peaceniks would have their mouths agape, like Moan-ica, for every bit of bilge and tripe Slick fed them.

A national day of prayer has been called for 03/03/03 by some international Christian prayer ministries (because of the Biblical significance of the number 3, and the likelihood of imminent war in Iraq).

And on March 17th.
Which is why the war must be over by then.
