The best way to remove Outlook Express from an XP machine?

Why? I have XP and just use Pegasus as my mail client.

Pegasus is free and MUCH superior to Outlook.

I know that many viruses look for Outlook and I just want it out of there even though I don't use it.

The best way? http://www.redhat.com or http://www.mandrakesoft.com Or any of a number of other possibilities (I've heard good things about ELX and OEOne Linuxes).
