The best way to remove Outlook Express from an XP machine?

Why? I have XP and just use Pegasus as my mail client.
Pegasus is free and MUCH superior to Outlook.

I know that many viruses look for Outlook and I just want it out of there even though I don't use it.
I've recieved some info via private mail. Let's hope!
