Just saw Terminator. It was amazingly better than I had expected. The ending - well, the action was cool, and the movie fixed what I saw as a major flaw with T2. Not gonna say more. Worth seeing, though.

Terminator 2 had plenty of humor, along with excitement and opportunity to identify with the characters, IMO. So, is the same true of this one, Jen?

Although, I am likely to see it based solely on your advice, without further description.
