Looking at the address it would be about 20-25 minutes from my house and from the movie theatre. That's not too bad.

If everyone on Ruthy's list comes then the lodging should cost ($2,000 dep + 2,300 rent + 35 app fee = $4,335) about $111.16 for each person (I counted about 39 adults).

Not bad for a castle for a week, when you figure you'd probably spend at least $300 on a hotel room for the same amount of time.

I think probably half those will actually come along, and perhaps a few we don't know about.... so I think the cost would be twice that and still a heck of a good deal.

I doubt seriously if everyone on Ruthy's list will be coming, but you figure too high on the cost. The rent is $2,300, with the security deposit of $2,000. But if we leave the place ok, we should get that $2,000 back, so the final cost will be the $2335 + FL's lovely tourist taxes divided by the final # of people who want to go in on the house.
