Hey, Jen, have you read or heard of these two books:

Tolkien's Ordinary Virtues

J. R. R. Tolkien's Sanctifying Myth

They sound quite intriguing to me....

Heard of them, but... I prefer to analyze Tolkien on my own, not read someone who I don't know.

We had some excitement. I went out to the store for some supplies, and when I got back our street was full of fire trucks! Someone thought they smelled natural gas but it was a false alarm. I did get stuck behind the fire trucks though.
