Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

LO!L! OUr #2 son and our daughter are really in to Japanese Anime. At Christmas he told me about a messenger bag he'd seen somewhere which read " Anime:Crack is Cheaper!" I thought that was hilarious!

I recently did this thing called "National Writer's Month" in November (NANOWRIMO, if you've ever heard of it...)

I've been racking my brain trying to figure out when TTT trailer was added to the end of FOTR. I don't remember when that was! Was that in March? I thought it was sooner than that....

I think it was the last week in March....

My bootleg copy of it was found soon after, and it is dated 4/1/2002

Yes, our mutual friend was a bit disappointed that someone beat her to the punch! Some are really good quality, but some appear to be from a lesser copy... There must be a few different versions of bootlegs out there already!

Yes! The 29th of March, 2002 was when TTT preview came on at the end of FOTR. I hope they do the same thing this time!!!

Here is where we are discussing it...I was slightly hysterical and could have used my medicine, but didn't know about such things until NewCenturians told me about it!

Hullo! I am home from work. Dad got the car fixed so it doesn't squeak, I am going to the movie tomorrow with friends, and I have written down a brief skeletal outline for the first part of my story.

It was a weird day at work. We decided we needed a tool, developed it, and got it working this afternoon. That was fun. On the other hand we keep getting annoyed by stupid customers...

I did see it! - Thanks for posting it though fro everyone else! - I think it is really neat to see Andy and Gollum side by side like that! - The more of that I see, the more I can appreciate Andy's performance!
