Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

We had a blue heeler (she was actually kicked it the head two weeks ago and died:( but if you told her to go get the cat she would run and knock the front door open barking hysterically and chew up and down the edge of the door as it swung back shut. Funny thing she learned to do this before we even had a cat:)

I did think we did a pretty handy job of telling that RC-prolife guy that he was a hypocrite. (he's the one that said he worked his arse off supporting his family then trashed the single moms for spending so much time on FR....talking to him!)

Was the dog kicked by a horse? I don't remember hearing about that! How sad.
I know my pony has made passes at the dogs, and I have to keep them away from her. Bay bites dogs that wander in front of him - got Gidget pretty good once....

I noticed one more post a little bit ago on my comments page from that under the radar dude. It was going into numeric statistics again. Good grief, when I talk to people, male or female, that are hurting - you know what - they aren't numbers.
