Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Yes! As soon as my tune uploads, I'll call Lisa and verify that she'll be home tomorrow afternoon.
I can't wait!
I'm trying to get the boys in bed and record this tune and upload it and it's all a hassle. But I learned a trick. Put the chick's water bottle up on a inverted saucer and they won't kick litter in it!

It's the one about the child that died south of Dallas being left locked in a van at daycare. It immediately turned into a thread bashing all women who have kids in daycare. Whether we had to take them to daycare out of necesity or not.
Pretty ridiculous really.

If you click on Upload Pictures, it'll ask you which album and offer you the chance to start a new one. See if that helps.

My dear friend has been married for almost a year now and I do envy her sometimes. She has a very nice husband and never has to cope with being alone... but it came suddenly for her so maybe it'll just happen to me, too.

Hey all... just got done brush hoggin' and pullin' out the last of the old barbed wire fence...
I'm bushed... gonna sit in the jacuzzi and drink some bourbon...
tomorrow I'll be pullin' stumps, cuttin down trees, haulin' away and pilin' up deadfall, and brush hoggin some more...

Go to 'photo library' (small link right above the album title), then upload photos.... and you have a choice to load them to an existing album or a new one.
