Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Journey to the Cross-roads
The Two Towers Edition
Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Capriole
I went out and worked Bay a little bit ago, and I must say that he was much more graceful today than yesterday! -Today I am hopeful. I have been more concerned about him than I have let on, he just didn't seem right these past few workouts, and he was stumbly going around. I am noticing that he starts out stiff and loosens up has he goes, so that is very good to know. He is taking some time to get back up and I must just accept that he is older now and is not going to instantly be in condition, it is going to take time.
I was disappointed that I didn't take the camera out today, because the bunnies were all over the place, to the point where I stopped him to ensure he wasn't going to step on one that decided to hide under the jump. I could have gotten pictures of my bunnies hopping that have been so elusive.

We respectable Hobbit folk need to defend our own! Stand by. I may be needing cover...

I've started thinking about getting some custom t-shirts made for Entmoot '04. I was thinking along the same lines. Shirts would be cool.

So people would hire substitutes to sit in class, some profs would require you show your student id to get into the classroom. I went to a Christian college with only 1,200 students. So there was none of that.
They probably would've just scheduled another altar call in chapel if we'd tried it...

Hello!
I got back from choir... talked to my pastor beforehand, just chatting, about LotR. He reread the books himself on his last study leave and we had a conversation about what the filmmakers missed, from a Christian perspective. It was very cool.
I'm quite uncomfortable right now from my little problem but the doc assures me it'll be all better in a few days. I like going to a lady doctor, she makes me feel comfortable discussing all my issues.

My uncle keeps reminding me that it only takes two signatures. Or a friendly judge...

Shirts would be cool.Just thought of something. maybe it would be good to have them beforehand. It would be a way to 'identify' each other at the airport!

I know a little about making T shirts, it's a fairly closely related business.
Most likely it could be done at a reasonable price, especially if we work up the design ourselves.
