Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

The head-on view of the B1-B is probably the least glamorous. I think it's quite striking in profile. And here's something even a B-52 can't do:
Too bad it's such a small image. Oh, and the pilots at Selfridge love the F-16 as a "sports car", even among other fighters. They said it was just so much fun to fly.

It truly was one of the most awesome things I've ever seen!!I've talked to other folks who have seen a B-2 at air shows. Apparently it likes to sneak up on the audience with any announcement. It's a very quiet aircraft, and they said it had an uneartly aspect to it.

Good evening!
Finally got home here and had dinner (supper? evening meal!) Anyway, doing some browsing and catching up on the news since I left work... there's been a lot!
We still need to see "... Greek Wedding", but we may wait until it comes out on the movie channels. We may go and see "The Core" when it comes out this weekend... I know it will be stupid, but it looks like it has some great special effects!

Does Elijah really smoke, or is that just for the movie role? He doesn't quite look "natural" in that pic, I mean it doesn't look like he's a regular smoker.
Do Dom and Billy have identical rings on their left middle fingers in that pic?
Not sure what Elijah is looking at in his lap, but it might be a mini-TV?
