Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

I plan on going to Scotland before I die. If I'm really lucky, I'll see a real moon shot then! *grin* I know, I talk too much about Myranda and her graduating and leaving home in a few months... but, that has got me thinking of all the things I can do that I've never been able to do before. And that's why I could just jump on board so fast and say "I'll come meet all of ya'll at entmoot next January!" So, the other day I got a brochure from worldtours. They provide these guided motorcycle tours to places all over the world. I've gotten the brochures for years but only to dream about. And this time, I opened it and the first trip I saw was one to Scotland.... so, I'm thinking......
and of course, Corin has helped that thought line today.

A cutie-bootie is a cutie-bootie, no matter how small! I had so many possible replies running through my mind. And I just have to bite my tongue on this one.....

I had a little 4x4 Bronco II that I just loved till it fell apart. I could go literally anywhere in it, and the Bronco II has a little more weight to it than the little tiny SUVs they have out now, without being a huge gas-guzzler. I recommend 'em!

I had an old Blazer for a while... not one of the new ones.. but heavy. It would go anywhere, carry loads for stuff, and it was still an acceptably cool vehicle for a single girl.
