I have no idea if I'm breaking any rules with posting this masterpiece by our departed Maestro....and I honestly don't care - I miss him, and we need him back here....especially at this emotional time.

Yeah, I know. It's really getting bad. Do you recommend we ban some of these people?
To: Bloody Sam Roberts
I don't have a link. I read it by following a link on another thread a few weeks ago.
To: J. L. Chamberlain
Or maybe it's too late for banning. I know. You pick out the guilty ones, and I'll call in a firing squad. Blindfolds at dawn. Better yet, Napalm! Round 'em up and we'll call in a napalm strike.

There is also a rumor afoot that he is going to great effort to dig up personal info .... There's a "rumor afoot" that you're a snotty newbie who spreads crap around the forum before you have your facts. Should I believe it?
I hope for you that your "rumor" turns out to be correct, lest you be accused of bearing false witness.
Not for anything but registered did more to activate and help GWB than any of you EEG flatliners, who know nothing else but how to run your heads on a internet board.
He hasn't come back because he can't stand the smell. You roving moe-moes and your little ping lists and "rumors" and vendettas and nasty dispostitions honesty have diminished FR.
You're effen stinking up the damn place, you and your liberal conservative friends.
Registered helped our casue a lot in many different ways and added to the richness of FR. WTF did you ever do for any of us?

I have to disagree. I don't know of a single "bot" that either thought CFR was a good thing or that thought the signing of it was a good thing.
I could post at least a dozen emails that went back and forth between my Congressman, Jim Ramstad, (R) MN and I, where I declared my disgust at his voting for it.
Congressman, I'm sure if you would care to check your archives you will find several posts from me declaring my support of your fight against CFR.
The difference is that while we didn't like it, there were enough other things we did like that we chose not to throw out the baby with the bathwater, so to speak. We understood that the President was between a rock and a hard place with the dems frothing at the mouth over Enron at that time and the NYT and WP leading the charge to crucify GWB.
There are a few things I want from my President. I want him to respect the office he holds. I want him to respect the People's House. I want him to respect our military. I want him to put national defense, including spending for it, before all else, and I want him to continue to nominate conservative judicial appointees.
The rest is fluff. I don't care two cents about the farm bill, education spending, etc. Do I wish it were different? Of course! I wish the individual states would take care of their own education. I wish the government would stop subsidizing large corporate farms.
But like a former great President, Ronald Reagan, I know I will not get everything I wish for.
I am satisfied that the priorities are in place. And I applaud the good work of those like the good Congressman who are willing to fight the hard battles like beating back CFR in the courts.
How far do you think that's going to get, (or other things like it), if we don't take back the Senate and the head of the Judiciary Committee.
The big picture is far more important IMHO. National defense and the courts. Everything else can be fought with these two tools.

Do drawing programs typically include a spell checker for the text mode? Maybe they should. Did you spot a mistake?
To: terilyn
Your resonable post #134 is not the kind of thing I am talking about.
To: Sir Gawain
No. I can't hear you now. GOOD!!!!(I hate that damn commercial)
To: terilyn
resonable = reasonable
I've really got to stop checking that little preview box unless I actually proofread my post. LOL!
To: terilyn
I don't know of a single "bot" that either thought CFR was a good thing or that thought the signing of it was a good thing. Well, I was going 10 rounds with those that said Bush signing CFR was a stroke of genius. Those were some of the most idiotic comments I've ever heard.
To: AAABEST
I've always wanted to ask......
Are you a stuttering-12 stepper or do you work for the Auto Club? I think I have my answer now.
