I was asked to - considering 've been b!!ching about it for the past few months if the city goes through with the hearing Monday night.

I'm sure they will because the owner has gone WAY past the 90 he had to at least repair the exterior after the fire.

It has had a direct adverse impact on my ability to sell my property and the city knows I plan on holding them as responsible as I hold the owner of it.

It's interesting that I haven't gotten a summons from the city for not having acceded their order to remove some dead tree limbs in my yeard.

They let this crapola go on and on - but tell me I have 5 days to comply - I don't think so.
