Judge William D. Certainly! It's great to know there are more and more hs'rs on FR!

Really, that depends on which expert testifies.
Dr. Brian Blackbourne TOD 1/17/02-2/18/02 (10 days to 6 weeks)
Dr. William Rodriguez III- TOD 1/16/02-1/30/02 (Ya heard it here folks)
David Faulkner- PMI 2/16/02-2/18/02
Neal Haskell- PMI 2/14-2/16 No earlier than the 12th.
Faulkner and Haskell are not allowed by the court to call it time of death, they must call it Post Mortem Interval.

That IS funny. Now I have to run and get bleach, but first I need to make sure my hose is rolled up after I clean the blue paint chips out from under my nails. TaTa

Well, we're not hs'ing yet, as The Princess is only 2 years old. BUT, we're definately contemplating a homeschooling network, or a private Christian academy.

BVW, Your opinion is as valid as anyone elses and you know that. What is happening is that a
few people, not many, on BOTH sides of the fence have selectively chosen which testimony they like and don't like. I emphasize FEW because clearly the majority of folks following this case are *still* on the fence..and they are open to seeing the valid points both prosecution and defense has made.
That was CLEARLY shown when those who didn't like the prosecution's case, got so trivial that they even made snide comments about the "looks" of the witnesses. If you don't remember that, please go back and look at 2 or 3 days worth of threads that followed the testimony. The "DW has been railroaded theory" was started back in february... Arguments and testimony that supports that theory has been praised..but arguments that might discredit that theory has been trashed. Check the thread that followed the testimony of those witnesses who hung out in the same bar but were talked about much differently if the defense called them to the stand. It was even pointed out a couple of times.

Those are disturbing numbers. I wonder how many are influenced by local biased media and CTV talking heads.

Seriously, the blue paint under the fingernails is something that requires an answer. If a child was fighting for it's life, wouldn't evidence of this possibly be under the finger nails? There was no DNA of Westerfield under Danielle's nails. If I was an investigator, I wouldn't think I'd finished the job until I followed through with this.
After my husband left the house yesterday morning, I noticed he left the hose lying across the porch. I am not resting easy. : ) Also was asking if we had any bleach on the weekend.

That is what I was wondering. Are people basing it just on reports by the blathering news media, biased news reports, or are they following, gavel to gavel, like we are doing here?

Even 2 year old Princesses are homeschooled! :o) Please feel welcome on the Homeschool Forum thread. Looking forward to seeing you there. :o)

I have a hs question.
Right now, I cannot homeschool. Are there HS parents who "take in" kids and hs them along with their own kids?
thanks.

Alcohol is not necessary. It was "late", forgive me it was written poorly. The point of that post was....had she noticed from casual conversation with friends, family or coworkers, (NOT DEBATES) if the publicity about the child nabbings caused they to pay more attention to their kids vulnerabilities.

If you were to combine the notes of the best bugologist presented so far, with the best mummyologist, what date would you come up with?

I appreciate your passion on this, Kim. Unfortunately, we'll always have evil people in this world...it's really too bad that this generation is experiencing what seems to be the worst of depravity, that we have to warn, train, and coach our children to ward of evil-doers. Makes me ill inside.
To: Lanza
The problem is that the judge will not allow the defense to even hint that Damon, or anyone in the house that night had anything to do with Danielle's death.

Your post #187 is a perfect example of why people choose to discuss the trial in other places.
Don't think for a minute that others can't see through your feeble attempt to distance yourself from the problems here.
What an absolute joke !!!! You're gall and insolence are at a height of which I've rarely seen.
To: ~Kim4VRWC's~
Could be the 1st, which is what you're getting at. I just don't think David stood around in the house for over an hour and then took her and left absolutely no evidence. Clearly the man, nevermind...
Before you say "how do we know that", it's in the testimony Brenda and Damon's also the 911 tape.

If a child of mine had gone missing I don't think I would be buying a new car either. I also would not be steam cleaning my carpets and painting my walls within a week.
