All this January February stuff is confusing me. Did Danielle die in Jan or Feb???

Just in casual conversations with people about these types of issues..they are listening to the news...and are clutching their kids a little tighter than normal. Have you noticed a chance it attitudes about kids at all?

Nobody knows for sure when she died in Feb. The VanDams said she was in bed 2/1 then disappeared. We don't know for sure if she was killed that night or any night until her body was found 2/27.
The thing about the Jan time is the Anthropologist today put the time of death 4 to 6 weeks from the time the body was found 2/27. 6 weeks from that time would put it almost the middle of January.
There is no evidence she was missing before 2/1 so his timeline is way out of line.
His testimony never helped the prosecution at all IMO.
We had one here in our Middle School. He preyed on the Special Ed children.
The school had reports of this happening but ignored it. Finally he was caught and brought to trial.
ANOTHER reason to homeschool. I dont' even want to get started on the pathetic bureaucratic BS in the public skool sistam. After this trial is over....it's time for a break from child crimes.. AAARRRRGH.
If they had a source we could at least know all these fibers were the same.
I still want to know about the brilliant emerald green, red, and light blue fibers that were found all over Danielle but not one in DW's environment...those are the important fibers, IMO.

If my memory hasn't failed me, other colors were found also (remember the "plaid" question?), but only the orange ones seem to matter the LEO.
I don't trust any LEO. I had dealings with NYPD in shooting death of my husband. Their investigation was more than flawed, and they made sure they covered their a$$es. The last words one of them said to me was that he "had to protect his pension and make sure I didn't sue NYPD."
Man Accused Of Grabbing Girl Near Bus Stop POSTED: 2:31 p.m. PDT July 25, 2002 UPDATED: 6:03 p.m. PDT July 25, 2002 SAN DIEGO -- A man arrested for allegedly trying to kidnap an 8-year-old girl off the street last week is free after posting bail. Police arrested Ruben Fuerte, 50, on Monday in the 2800 block of University Avenue in North Park, said San Diego police Sgt. Bill Nemec. Investigators said he tried to grab the child near a bus stop in the Oak Park neighborhood at about 4 p.m. on July 16. The girl broke free and was able to run to safety, they said. Fuerte was booked into county jail on suspicion of attempted kidnapping of a child under age 14, Nemec said. Fuerte posted $100,000 bail on Wednesday and was released pending an arraignment hearing on July 31.
Danielle was found Feb 27th.
