Amazingly, there is a level of satiety for little girls and birthdays. About halfay through the fireworks last night she wa ready o go home and she was out like a light within 10 minutes after we got home and slept through the night!!!
The Dover fireworks were rather disappointing this year, but I was able to reach my happy level of satiety by watching A&E's rebroadcast of the Boston Pops concert and fireworks late last night.
Hope evryone else had a great holiday!!!

Apparently living in D.C. and not voting has got them applying (sort of) for reunification with Britain! Give 'em UK citizenship and then deport them?

Sounds like this Household!!!!!! I won't tell you how many boxes my cookbook collection alone filled.
The local library got 5 boxes of books for the semi annual book sale.

Thread killer?? LOL, I don't think so. It's just everyone is out playing today. :-)
I need to look into whether the ASPCA or Humane Society have a thrift store here in town. I will donate the boxes to them if they do.
To: RikaStrom
I've done similar - it wasn't for a thrift store for the SPCA - it was their annual "yard sale" fundraiser. I had missed that when we boxed these books and the library has storage space and the SPCA didn't this time around.
I agree that everyone is probably out playing today - I'm taking advantage of hubby being home and mostly in charge of herself!!!
