This administration is not even trying to promote a conservative message. I am also extremely displeased with the way our President is handling the issue of Islamic ideology, and sucking up to the Saudis.

IMO, That's precisely why congress has not officially declared war because, according to the bush doctrine of countries harbouring, aiding or abetting terrorists are the enemy. If congress were to declare war, the saudis would have to be included as an enemy. Can you say: Oil?
