Good morning!
It's Summer Solstice when all fairies come out to play

I do remember that episode of Friends! That was my table. I still can't get over that they were picking up their plates and smelling their food. Everything that they had they had to smell first. One kid held a fork in a way that I never thought possible. Who would have thought that parents wouldn't teach proper table manners to their kids?

Not exactly what I'd wear to a GOP fundraiser.I don't want to cast aspersions on Ms. Spears. She may be as virginal as the day is long, but why does she have to dress like a slut?!!

Boy, sounds like he doesn't pull any punches.
Is it me or is FR slow as molasses today? Maybe it has something to do with the longest day of the year.

What are you doing about the massive proliferation of pod people? They are everywhere.

Who would have thought parents wouldn't have the sense to hire a babysitter? I would never dream of going to an event with children in tow if they weren't able to sit with me and be civilized. I most certainly would NOT want someone they don't know sitting with them instead. Weird.

Did the kids have to pay $1000 per ticket also or were they children of mucky-mucks? And yes, FR is very slow today, on both Explorer and Netscape.....

This would be a fun week to be in England....Ascot and Solstice Day.
The caption says these folks are naked but that one guy looks like he is wearing a bodysuit.
Naked revelers dance in the stones of Stonehenge on the day of the summer solstice in Wiltshire, June 21, 2002. Thousands of people traveled to Stonehenge to watch the sun rise on the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. (Darren Staples/Reuters)

Me too.
Although that lovely, coarse line uttered by Audrey Hepburn in 'My Fair Lady' at Ascot could apply to the solstice party, especially if the dancers invade each other's personal space.

These weren't toddlers that I was with, they were like 12 and 13 year olds. They were middle schoolers with preschool table manners.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
I'm speechless. By that age, they should know what is proper and polite.
