Tell your story of the past year here at FR. What were your best memories of FReeping?
Here it is one year later and I have not left my computer since I signed on. First thing in the morning FR. Last thing at night FR. In between FR. It has been an intersting year. Lets review. Last year at this time we had to fight the DemoRats for the White House against the sorelosers. Then George became President in January. Then it was quiet till China decided to take out our plane. Then Ann Coulter was attacked at Cornell. The twins were set up by a rat. Summer came and summer went and Condit is still here, scarry as that is. Then 911 and everything went to hell.
Since then we have RadioFR which is the next #1 Talk shows on the radio thanks to BobJ and the different hosts. There have been FReeps of the witch Hillary and The impeached Bill. There have been orange streaks in the sky and Jet fighters putting a X on the moon and dogs on the grill. Beatle Harrison died and the Beatles were number one 30 years later. Have we really come full circle? No we are just getting started.
Now we are taking on the anti-people who really are just morons. It has been a long and interesting year.
Think about where we would be without Freeepublic? Where we would be without TLBSHOW? Where we would be without all of you? Scarry isn't it? Well that can be taken care of right here at this thread. Best thing to do is sign up for a monthly and we can stop doing fund drives. $10/$15/$20/$25 what ever you can do will help keep Freerepublic.com rockin! The other option is no FR and then where would we be?

I'm still without a pc, but I was able to dust off the ol' (dorky) WebTV Classic terminal. It does what it should.....allows me access to the net.

Al Gore for spoiling everybody's Thanksgiving. People were not out shopping like the merchants expected. That's when the downturn in the economy really started. It never really recovered. This is Al Gore's recession.
You are 100% correct. The economy was in a what to do before election day. Then it went to hell from election day and right up to now.
` Yes it is a Gore/Clinton recession that is for sure. If Gore was not a soreloser things would of picked up starting that week after the election!
