SEATTLE — A 36-year-old woman has been charged with second-degree assault after prosecutors say she used racist and homophobic language before biting a chunk of flesh from another woman’s forehead in downtown Seattle.
Charging documents filed by the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office identify the defendant as Kamilia Chadli. Police said the victim, Diana Gonzalez, was left with permanent injuries and required a skin graft to close the wound.

And the victim as well... in two countries; the U.S. and her home country in South America.
According to the article she was arrested for hurling “hate speech” BEFORE she bit her face off. Either you’re supposed to hurl the epithets AFTER biting her face off or you can bite her face off with no ramifications.
They really need to stop going down this hate speech road. We all know where that leads to.

The only photos showing the facial gouge are discreetly pixelated and out of focus. If this happened in Mexico, they would be showing everything, gnarled tissues and all.
Poetic Justice would be where the victim could hire someone to bite the Biter in the exact same way.
Only then, would she learn to never do it again.
According to a Yahoo article, she’s being held on $150,000 bail, still in custody, awaiting psychiatric examination. And it sounds like she wasn’t in her right mind — not that that’s an excuse — sitting on the ground, throwing food wrappers at the victim, hurling foul language, not to mention biting chunks of flesh. For what it’s worth, both Kamilia and Chadli are Arabic / Middle Eastern names.

They sound like exotic venereal diseases...lime green chancres, pus, etc.
