President Trump delivered a closing message from the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C., on the eve of the midterm election, highlighting the administration's renovation of the Reflecting Pool and outlining additional projects he plans to pursue with Interior Secretary Doug Burgum. He also addressed public safety and urged voters to support Republican candidates in Tuesday's election.

I’m not sure focusing that much time on all the money being spent on vanity projects was the best final message but is what it is I guess.
You’re being too literal. He’s using the total restoration of the Reflecting Pool to symbolize his unprecedented efforts to make America great.
No, he spent 20 minutes and several visual aids going on about all his renovations in DC. That’s literal. Did you watch his speech?
Don’t bother. People see/hear what they want.
We have socialist/communists trying to infiltrate the government to take it over; inflation eating into the cost of food and gas; a war in Europe heating up with Russia threatening Great Britain; the Iranians threatening to kill ordinary Americans all over the world; and Trump spends an hour bragging that he’s eliminated algae in the Reflecting Pool. Then he rambles on and on about the Triumphal arch and his ballroom. This guy is really showing his age— repeating himself, latching onto things that reassure him he’s still on top.
If Republicans lose big in the mid-terms, he’s partly to blame. He’s determined, apparently, to remind everyone of a geriatric Mideast potentate and the old geezers that hang around in the British royal family. Not really a good look right now.

It still bothers me that the “Olympian” wasn’t charged for his role in vandalizing the Reflecting Pool, and the woman who was caught on camera slicing at the lining has never been identified.
Eventually....at 23’20....he transitioned to speaking about the election.
No. 2....Got the BBB passed and lotsa amenities for average folk.
No. 3.... he got all the fountains and ponds working again. The greatest nation in the world and we've let our national Capitol rot.
No. 4...The East wing Complex (Ballroom)...no more tents, folding chairs and porta potties for dignitaries.
The Tariffs...it's making countries talk to us instead of the annual scr*****.
He's done way more than any President.

Trump caused this midterm mess.
Telling the public to suffer for his bad decision 4 times while he makes billions inside trading on the spike in gas prices and collaborating with the Putin, his son wedding getting paid for by Putin, picking awful candidates like Vivek and Patterson and Grahnesty sister, wasting time renaming lakes while people suffered to name a few of his horrible actions during last 7 months.
The GOP needed to shut him in a closet and take away his phone like the Dems did Biden during 22 midterms.
He sunk the GOP with his mouth and actions.
I pray enough gopers ignored him and got out to vote.

Trump is rambling like an 80 year old.
All he did campaigning is to drive up Dem voters.
The old fool was celebrating record oil prices only because he was inside trading on them and the
crowd was getting screwed by these oil companies.
He caused damage campaigning.
He has never been accused on insider trading. The reason he is celebrating these prices is because the US is a net exporter.
