.... good question. Although, if this were a real castle, you’d have unlimited serf labor and it wouldn’t matter.
My friends and I would go there after dark when it was all but abandoned in the late ‘70s. Its last iteration had been as the “Eastern Academy for Boys”, a military type school. I went up on the roof at that time and trees were growing out of what looked like bitumin. Cool place. I had a dress uniform from there for years that I used on Hallowe’en. There were racks and racks of them in the basement.

As someone who just remodeled, this is going to be expensive.
10M to remodel but might be worth it if they can find a buyer for 150M.
