With the midterms days away, federal officials are arresting and charging noncitizens accused of illegally registering and voting. DHS says it’s checking about 300,000 more cases against state voter rolls. That puts noncitizen voting at the center of the election-integrity debate going into Election Day.

Agreed. I wonder if this is going to discourage many of those from bothering to show up and this has got the Democrats feeling that good bit uneasy and also why there are these cooked polls showing up.
We have been told by the Dems and their media lickspittles that non-citizens do not vote in the US. Then we found a few that did, then we found thousands, and now we suspect we’ve found hundreds of thousands. The deeper we dig, the more we find. There are probably millions.

Big mistake by Thune. He’ll have to face the voters of SD in 2028, and something tells me they are not happy with him. It would not surprise me if he were ousted in the primary.

We have motor-voter registration in California and illegals are allowed to get driver's licenses - and a mail-in ballot will be sent.
There were hundreds of mail-in ballots piled up openly down a hallway in a downtown LA homeless shelter - no doubt awaiting vote harvesters to mark all the ballots for the Democrat.

I suspect that voting by “illegals” is a small part of the problem. Many non-citizens who are in the US legally, through Green Cards, Student Visas, DACA, etc. likely BELIEVE they are entitled to vote lawfully. Registration via Motor Voter and benefit programs, the Dems’ shady registration canvassers, and the practice of sending mail-in ballots to every address, all encourage this false belief.
ICE and DoJ are trying use enforcement operations, in part, to publicize the laws. This likely does scare some immigrants unnecessarily. Sorry. If Big Media wanted to “help” aliens and calm the fears of naturalized citizens, they would publicize the simple facts:
Only US CITIZENS can register or vote in US Federal Elections.
For persons in the US or abroad, who are NOT US CITIZENS, it is a CRIME to register or vote in US Federal Elections.
Greencard holders, foreign students, foreign tourists, visitors, non-citizen relatives of citizens, etc. are NOT US CITIZENS.
Go ICE!

My own belief is that America (and much of the world) has entered the time when Politics has devolved into the People versus the State. The Democrat Party is largely the Party of the State, though there are pockets of Uniparty Republicanism where this is true, as well.
In this new paradigm, I would not even classify these as “votes”, in any meaningful sense. Elections are run by the State, and these are simply registrations which allow the State to project its power, and generate whatever “votes” it needs to survive, at election time.
