Poland has condemned a decision by the Lviv region in Ukraine to declare 2027 a year honouring the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), which led the massacre of Poles during World War Two, and one of its leaders, Roman Shukhevych.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk called the decision “suicidal”, saying that it harms Ukraine by making it harder for the country’s friends to support it. Foreign minister Radosław Sikorski announced that the local official responsible for pushing through the commemorations in Lviv has been banned from entering Poland.
While the UPA is still remembered positively by some in Ukraine for its role in fighting against Moscow-imposed Soviet rule, in Poland it is associated with the Volhynia massacres, in which the UPA led the slaughter of around 100,000 Poles, mostly women and children.

Well they’ve progressed. Now they have a president who plays the piano with his p*nis, doesn’t hold elections and loves him some Azov nazis.
I believe the Ukrainian constitution does not allow national elections during war time.
Volodymyr can’t read a room, or if he can he still has to screw it up.

Europe deserves each other. They can’t help but do stuff that pisses off someone because of something that happened 75, 100, 300 years ago.
They will have to unite and kick out the Islamists. That’s something they should all agree on.

LOL, some can't understand why a country like Ukraine which is defending against 700,000 invading Russians who have seized 20% of Ukraine and are bombarding Ukrainian cities daily with Russian missiles and Russian kamikaze drones is not rushing to have elections. Ridiculous
