Border czar Tom Homan said Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., could be denaturalized and deported if investigators find that she committed immigration fraud, repeating his assertion that no one is above the law after her home was raided and cellphone seized.
“Of course, if you lie during the naturalization process, there is a process to denaturalize somebody. We’ve done it before… And certainly, if the evidence points that way, that could happen,” Homan told “The Big Weekend Show” on Saturday.
Omar will “be held to the same standards you and I are held [to]. If she violated the law, then she’ll be held accountable,” he added, declining to discuss the specifics of the investigation into the congresswoman.
“I said over a year ago, the allegations were made clear, and it would be investigated, and they are investigating it,” he said. “I’m not going to get ahead of the bureau or HSI, but I’ve been told they have a strong case, and we’ll let the evidence lead where it leads.”
Omar is under federal investigation over allegations that she or her father lied about her birth year on immigration paperwork to obtain her citizenship when her family fled Somalia in the late 1990s.
Her father became a US citizen in 2000. Omar was believed to be 17 at the time, and, as a minor, automatically qualified for citizenship under US law along with him. But, recently, it’s been alleged she was actually 18 and would have needed to go through the process herself at that point.

IMHO What comes from Mogadishu goes back to Mogadishu.Let her ply her trade there, she likely has a numbered Swiss Bank account worth millions courtesy of George Soros.Locking her up would make it difficult for her to access that money.
But turning her loose would allow Mossad to apply their tender mercies.

Backward countries like Somalia dont keep accurate birth records.
Omar has “said” she no longer possesses her original birth certificate, and reports confirm that decades of in-fighting and turmoil have left the country’s government record-keeping systems largely non-existent.
OTOH, the fact that Omar herself went on-record in the Congress as to her birth date....
then had her staff change the official record....... does not bode well for her.
all the anger and outrage is intended to insulate her from prosecution with a thin veil of victimhood.

Is it really that important to spend a lot of time and a pallet full of money trying to prove Omar is an America-hating thief? Take back her phony, fraudulent naturalization and toss her ass out. America will be just fine without her Somali ass running around stealing our tax dollars while she tears apart our country with a continuation of her muzzie 9/11 hate? America was doing just fine before she sleazed her way into our country. We’ll make it without her antics and thievery.
There were TWELVE simultaneous raids. The Feds have evidence(IMHO) on a lot more than her changing her birth date(immigration fraud).
Based on this interview Holman knows that the FBI has evidence tying her to fraud. Again, IMHO there is no way she was not getting a piece of the millions of US money being stolen in HER district of Minneapolis.
Her sister is also guilty of fraud. There will be RICO charges against potentially ALL TWELVE people. Then they will get the small fish to flip on the big fish.
Just like they do with ALL other ORGANIZED criminal enterprises.
Ilan Omar was involved in ORGANIZED CRIME. No different than the Cosa Nostra from Sicily. These are tribal Somalian Organized Criminal enterprises. They always KICK up to people at the top. HOW else would they have gotten the APPROVAL by people in the Federal Government for removal of multiple suitcases of US CURRENCY through the Minneapolis International airport on a monthly basis. That takes ORDERS from people in the Federal Government at high levels.
Meaning TSA/FBI/Biden/Obama/Tim Walls/Amy Klobachar, etc someone gave the order to let the suitcases of cash continue to go through. In any criminal enterprise you have to kick up to the boss.
If she were a Republican the article would read she will be deported, but being a Democrat she will not be deported .
It wouldn’t be the first time that this administration hyped up a prosecution which was quietly dropped a few n=months later.
It hasn’t happened by now...never will. Face it and stop wasting energy. She and her ilk ARE the root of the problem and are not being dug up and burned so by default this is a conspiracy of both “sides” of the isle. NO ONE in power wants the chaos to stop because chaos is what gives them power.
Notice the speed of these investigations; slow as a Wealthy Street McDonalds worker.
