Its from ‘Silent Movie’. If you havent figured me out yet, if nikos publishes a cryptogram for me, it wont be about the month, or the season, or serious politics. I am trying to throw out something that, once solved, will make you smile or laugh about a movie, tv show, or other nostalgia from the past, even if by itself it sounds strange.

Most will probably recall the source, but if not, go check them out. Mel Brooks made some great stuff with respect to todays example.
