“PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A crew cleaning homeless encampments found human remains in downtown Portland on Tuesday morning, police officials said. Officers responded to a “suspicious priority” call near SW Harvey Milk Street and SW Naito Parkway just after 9:15 a.m. "Anytime human remains are found, our homicide unit will take it seriously. They want to look into this to see how this happened, where it happened," PPB spokesperson Mike Benner said, adding that as of Tuesday afternoon the death has not been ruled a homicide.….”

Thank you very much and God bless you.

The former City of Roses now wreaks of death thanks to Gov. Kotex, Sen.Wyden. Sen.Merkley and their Islamocommie party friends-Antifa, Trantifa and their CCP friends. They find a dead body inside of a garbage bag, but don’t rule it a homicide? Then what was it? A homocide??

Get out and vote for Drazen, Oregonians!
Kick Tina Kotex to the curb!
Over 30 years of Demoncrat rule is wrecking the state!

Any city that has a street named after Harvey Milk, you KNOW is a problem city.

Paper or Plastic?

They'll probably charge the perp with an environmental crime instead of murder.

Found in a homeless camp, odds are overdose. Now the one floating in the river? That’s different! POSSIBLY still an overdose, but that’s kinda far from downtown.

SW Harvey Milk Street and SW Naito Parkway

Should still be SW Stark Street and Front Avenue. Portland really sucks now, and I say that as a graduate of the high school formerly known as Wilson. Damn all of this politically correct renaming.

Surprised they bothered with the bag.

I’ve been there too many times when my parents lived in Beaverton OR.

My stories are crazy.

...the death has not been ruled a homicide.

I doubt someone went to the waterfront, jumped into a garbage bag and closed it up and killed themselves. /S

Or an accidental death. While closing up an airtight bag they died.

When the original member of the Rolling Stones Brian Jones's body was found floating in a pool the British authorities finally ruled it "Death by Misadventure."

Portland, much like Seattle, Olympia and most mid to large size west coast cities, has turned from quirky and fun to a festering sh*thole

The body in the garbage can was probably a Trump supporter killed by demonic 🐜 Ant-tifa thugs!
Wouldn’t surprise me.
The woman in the river was probably raped and killed by an alien.
Portland is full of demon-crat TRASH, their illegal alien brethren and they’ve pilfering from the taxpayers for decades!

My roommate and I were doing laundry in a Eugene laundromat, back in the '80s. A low key, neighborhood place. Go in around 10 or 11, have the place to yourself, bring the dog. An apparent transient came in, and was washing his clothes for free in the rinse sink. He was pleasant enough...bummed a couple of smokes. Next we saw of him, his photo was on the front page of the Register Guard. Seems he'd escaped from some jail and was on the lam. They found him in a garbage bag by the Willamette River. Former associates must have found him before the police did.
