The disgraced musician returned to the low-security federal prison in New Jersey before sunrise, conscious and talking, according to TMZ.
Sources at the prison told TMZ the injury was not life-threatening.
It is not clear how he was injured.
A Combs representative told Page Six, “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances.”
Combs has been in custody since September 2024. He was convicted last year of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and acquitted of the more serious sex-trafficking and racketeering charges.
In October 2025, a judge sentenced him to 50 months and a $500,000 fine.
Combs is currently scheduled for release in early 2028.
The hospital visit comes after new reports detailed his swanky prison life, which includes massages, liquor smuggled in by guards, Instagram, nude photos from an old girlfriend, and thousands of dollars a month spent to have men cook and clean for him.
Associates reportedly sent money to the commissary accounts of inmates in exchange for favors.
“This is not some normal sh-t you see in jail. This is some rich sh-t,” one of the convicts told NBC. “It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.”

And I’m sure the two incidents aren’t related in any way. 🙄
I suspect he wanted out of jail (at least for a while) before some other inmate he got into hot water for facilitating all that special treatment has a chance to shank him.

My guess is that someone that Diddy is paying to do some chores for him got angry and decided to arrange some kind of accident for Diddy.

If someone like Combs is incarcerated, how is it that they get special privileges? Yeah,I know; money does talk.
My guess is that Diddy was being warned not to snitch on those who helped him.

Rumor has it that Sean Combs was a FBI informant. What is not rumor is that he had a lot of cameras in the locations where he would host “freak off” sex parties.
Pedo Joe Biden’s FBI raided Combs’ houses . I bet they took a lot of sex tapes .
Combs has done a lot more than slap some of his women around .
There are those that would probably appreciate Combs getting shanked or beaten.
