I think this is what libs call "California Dreamin'"
Nothing says "Oakland" more than a shirtless man with a ciggy between his lips driving a bus around the city, flashing a peace sign at the people videoing him.
A shirtless guy with a cigarette and a wrecked city bus made for one seriously bizarre sight on Oakland's streets β and the footage has many doing a double take.
The mystery man was filmed driving a retired San Francisco Muni coach through West Oakland, piloting a vehicle that appeared to have seen much better days. The front windshield was missing, the remaining glass was riddled with cracks, and a paper license plate was attached to the bumper. Somehow, the electronic sign above the damage was still lit up with the words 'Not in Service.'
It's America. There's no law against buying and driving a used bus, I guess. The windshield being out, I'm not so sure about.

At least he wasn’t black.
lol!! Looks like the Dos Equis dude after a bender.
I cringe to think what the inside of that bus looks like. π€’
It does.
I donβt often drive city buses through the streets without my shirt on, but when I do itβs in Oakland. Stay thirsty my friend.
There’s a white guy in Oakland?.......
He should turn on the windshield wipers.
Does the bus run on diesel fuel? It’s got to be close to $10.00 a gallon in California.
No wonder he can’t afford new glass.
IKR? Crossed my mind as well.
This is not news. Someone is trying to get attention, and itβs not the guy driving the bus. Itβs not a city bus because it is not owned by the city. It was probably street legal at the time the guy bought it but hanging out with other meth users will get your windows bashed out.
It wasn’t posted as news, it was posted because anyone with a modicum of a sense of humor will find it funny.
Must have wandered in from across the bay..........
:-)
Perfect!
Take a humor break. Sheesh.
"Our drivers can't possibly get to work on time if they're required to dress." πππππππ ππ€£
I don’t know anything about where this happened, but here where I live, it would be way past just “suspicious”. Would be very much likely to make the local news, I’d think.
