Can confirm they are totally silent at ground level they hover so high only the mini drop drone fan is heard and it's intermittent and soft. They hit the center of a glass table as the backyard target 3" off center the AI is prefect.
This is how it drops.

Their competitor and how they do pick ups it's simply genius.

DFW is ground zero for tech, we have Waymo, Robotaxi, Cybercab all AI no humans inside.
We getting a Boring Company tunnel too
We just got airtaxi trials too i saw one land at Toyota headquarters it was super quiet too.

What a great century F yea!
Zipline is also active in Frisco McKinney area too and expanding too all of DFW. Richardson had parachute drones from Amazon also expanding Q1 2027 to most of DFW.
Zipline looks like the winner in tech its silent from the ground it hovers and flies to high to be heard at ground level plus it’s AI camera driven and submeter GPS get it to a 3x3 foot landing spot really inches it hit the center of the drop point spot on at my buddies Rowlett place. He was like dude check this out. Had no idea we got these so soon.
"Here's your pizza!"

Drone Regulations (Part 107): The FAA's rules for small unmanned aircraft systems (drones) are critical. These rules generally permit commercial drone operations in navigable airspace, but they also include restrictions, such as not flying over people and respecting airspace limitations near airports. Crucially, the FAA's authority is so comprehensive that it often preempts, or overrides, state and local laws that try to regulate drone flight paths.
They started out delivering blood, meds and vaccines and other critical supplies in Uganda far from roads and quick time scales via 60 ft parachute drops from a fixed wing drone their AI hit the mark every time but they needed to drop breakable stuff and retrieve samples so the skycrane and the tethered Zipline mini drone of drone was born. This is how genius works.
Yes this century is on fire muslims taking over our country
tell me when the drone service comes to Denton
I am a pilot I am aware they have BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) FAA approvals they are not subject to Part 107 rules they are exempt due to their multi tier collision avoidance AI and ADS-B in tracking.
They are already in commercial service any Part 107 argument is moot they got approvals and are in revenue services and expanding they just went 10 miles radius from 2
It will be in Krum first. Then Slidell.
Dude their competitor is based in Denton.
“The future of food delivery in North Texas may not arrive on four wheels. It may arrive from the sky. Flytrex, one of the nation’s leading autonomous drone delivery companies, opened a drone manufacturing and maintenance facility in Pilot Point, creating what the company says is the first drone delivery operation assembling, testing and maintaining its aircraft in the same market where they fly.
The nearly 8,000-square-foot facility represents more than a new industrial operation in Denton County. It is a major step in Flytrex’s ambitious plans to make Dallas-Fort Worth one of the largest drone delivery networks in the United States.
Currently staffed by 20 employees and expected to grow to 50 workers, the facility will have the capacity to manufacture roughly 1,000 drones annually as Flytrex expands across North Texas.
Why Pilot Point Matters
While drone delivery has generated headlines for years, most operators manufacture aircraft elsewhere and ship them into local markets.
Flytrex is taking a different approach. The company says its new Pilot Point facility will handle assembly, maintenance and testing of its next-generation Sky2 drones, allowing aircraft to be built and serviced close to the communities they serve.
The facility includes indoor assembly operations, maintenance capabilities and a secured outdoor testing area where aircraft can undergo flight testing before entering service.
Building On Momentum Across North Texas
For many North Texans, drone delivery is no longer a futuristic concept. Earlier this year, Flytrex partnered with Little Caesars to launch drone pizza delivery in Wylie, allowing customers to receive full-size pizzas delivered by air in minutes. The company has also continued expanding relationships with major delivery platforms, including DoorDash and Uber Eats.
That growth builds upon a broader drone-delivery movement already taking shape across the region. In Frisco, residents gained access to DoorDash drone delivery service, highlighting how quickly aerial delivery is becoming part of everyday life in North Texas.
What once felt experimental is increasingly becoming operational.
“Dallas-Fort Worth is the proving ground for the future of drone delivery at scale,” said Amit Regev, co-founder and CEO of Flytrex.
Aiming For Millions Of Residents
The Pilot Point facility serves as the operational backbone of Flytrex’s broader expansion strategy. The company recently opened a delivery site in Rowlett that expands its North Texas service area to nearly 200,000 residents.
An additional five to seven delivery sites are expected to come online during 2026, with Flytrex targeting 60 delivery sites across the metroplex by mid-2027. If achieved, that network would place drone delivery within reach of approximately five million DFW residents.
According to the company, its long-term strategy involves establishing local manufacturing and maintenance operations in major markets, allowing aircraft to be assembled, maintained and deployed within the same communities they serve.”
Denton has drones the cops fly them.

They use them to track perps too.
Wow. Thank you; I know why I’m living here now 🍕🍕
DFW is the FAA proving ground Abbot got on board and the FAA has given blanket beyond visual approvals to anyone who can prove NEXGEN collision avoidance to them.
This competitor to Zipline says 60 drone op bases in DFW next year they land at a roof edge and lower a line to clip in or hover over and lower a pod to put stuff in its so awesome.
We also are getting Uber Air via Joby very soon.
Noise and privacy concerns will kill this. Who wants hives full of angry hornets over your house when you are trying to enjoy a quiet backyard BBQ?
Fortunately people don’t own the sky the FAA does from a single foot above ground level legally. Down to the actual surface inside the 30 mile Mode C radius around airports.
So homeowners have no standing and the courts will hold that as they have for decades.
Also the Zipline drones are silent at ground level you can’t hear them they made the props quiet enigma that at 300ft hover they are softer than the typical background noise we didn’t hear them even at calm winds the mini drone is a single fan that vectors the line into the wind and lands it inches from its target , so impressive.
Besides Abbot has said Texas is all in on tech we are the leaders in North America and will lead the world with Elon in the house. Terrafab is the most vulnerable building on earth once it’s built.
The horse left the barn, AI cybercabs, Joby Uber Air, Amazon air under one hour delivery drones, now drone pizza it’s all here to stay the youngers demand this and we have a 3:1 vote margins to luddites this is happening. No it has happened it’s implantation now.
I am just glad DFW gets it all first, Abbott 100% earned my vote again.
I was just teasing. As an old Hickory Creek man.
Grrr auto correct.
*Terrafab will be the most valuable building on earth
Spaces and XAi will be trillion plus dollar companies each.
* it’s implementation now. Abbott saw the light and said yeah Texas got this.
I really don’t think people grasp the scale of this company. They are a monster.
This is not a start up they are global and have more air miles than anyone else.
Food and Wal-Mart are the end game they have been dropping meds and critical supplies all over the world like bosses
