A man tried to dodge his dinner bill by faking a medical emergency and calling 911 at a Georgia Red Lobster last week, according to authorities.
Abdul Rasheed, 26, wound up essentially calling cops on himself on Sept. 24 when he tried to skip out on his $63 bill at the seafood joint located on Highway 5 in Douglasville, Ga, WSB-TV Atlanta reported.
When emergency responders arrived, they found Rasheed perfectly fine — but apparently unwilling to pay for his feast.
Douglasville police arrested him and charged him with theft of services, unlawful conduct during a 911 call, and making a false report, police said.

Boy, a certain ethnicity has no shame whatsoever.
Back in the day this cockroach woulda been taken to an unknown clandestine location and provided a complementary wood shampoo for his trouble.

Click. Yup.
“..Abdul Rasheed..”
Now there’s a good ole southern boy for ya....spit.
Oh my how usual
Deport him..... to Africa.
I know this guy is black but I know an elderly white couple who pretty much does the same thing every week when they go out to dinner. They always - and I repeat always - find something wrong with the meal and complain and carry on about it to the point where whoever goes out with them are embarrassed. They usually get a free meal, discount or free desert or something. One time the wife did fake a medical issue - no lie.
Having been born in the deep South I’ve lived around southern blacks my whole life.
Not just in the South however, when it comes to names, with them it’s all about being unique.
Gotta be different, no matter how stupid.
Allahu Akbar, y’all!
I used to have a manager like that, and whenever we went out to a restaurant on a business trip, he always pulled a stunt like that.
The difference is the numbers are disproportionate.
90% of 13-15% of the population does this kind of crap on a regular basis.
I’ve seen it first hand too many times.
The solution is to charge right when people order - this happened to us in a nice San Francisco restaurant that had just switched to this policy - we sat down, gave our orders and were immediately asked to pay up front, the waitress had the payment device with her - told it was their new policy.
Many restaurants in California now have a pay first system in place - ordering from a kiosk at the counter, then the food is brought out, I'm sure this is to prevent dine-n-dash.
It’s not all of them but it is always them.
The solution is to charge right when people order
Lot’s of restaurants in Japan have you pay for your meal before you get it, but I doubt it is because of ‘dine and dash’ problems.
Then there’s the Costa Rica solution for people who try and shoplift from little connivence stores—a big burly guy who opens the front door for you as you enter and leave.
Unfortunately, in most bars and restaurants, the policy is that the waitress is stuck with the bill.
The way it should be for any false 911 call.
Charge Abdul for the emergency responders. They ain’t cheap.
Never went there.
Islam conversion?
... and I'd bet they vote DemonicRat.

OTOH, have you eaten at Cracker Barrel lately? I’m sure they’re not the only franchise that’s gone down hill over the past few years. Gone are the days when you can be assured of getting a good homestyle meal there.
