On Wednesday’s broadcast of Bloomberg’s “Balance of Power,” Rep. Ami Bera (D-CA) said that Senate Democrats are blocking the Ratepayer Protection Act, which passed the House 417-3, because of “politics that are coming into play.” And if it were up to him, he’d forget the politics and pass the bill.

Well, I for one would mostly never vote for a Democrat, but it really should not be that way. Of course, Democrats should not be the way they are, either. When something gets voted up with a heavy margin, you have to wonder about the details because I don’t think this situation is normal. More likely, someone looks to scam some money here and that just might include a lot of someones on both sides of the aisle.
This guy (who is an MD) sounds like an ordinary Democrat, not a “Noo” Socialist.
It’s the “Noo” Socialists who are the most dangerous. But other Democrats may go along with the “Noo” crowd on various votes in Congress.
