See post 31,

All kinds of structures might have held humans and animals (though I don’t know if much useful DNA would still be there after thousands of years.)

Matches biblical dimensions.
Located at approximately 6,500 feet
Anchor/drogue stones found in close proximity to the site
Multiple anchor/drogue stones with carvings of 8 crosses, etc…Noah and his family

Did ancient peoples build a zoo or circus at that site? (no) Anything else in the area that large and age, at that elevation with corridors, chambers and hallways inside? (no) What else could it possibly be other than Noah’s ark? Why are there so many HUGE anchor/drogue stones close to the site?

I would love to hear your theory as to what that kind of man-made structure that held humans and animals it could be if not Noah’s ark.

Fidelis says it could be “a remote village, a military fort, a summer palace, a temple or monastery, etc.”

Again, any ancient buildings found in that area with corridors, chambers, and hallways, matching the biblical length of the ark? (no)

CHAT: 🧩 Why the ancient town sits lower

Durupınar is on a high ridge at ~6,500 ft, while ancient towns cluster lower because:

Water access

Arable land

Trade routes

Protection from harsh winter winds at higher elevations

Ancient settlements almost never sit at 6,500 ft unless forced by terrain — and the Ararat basin provides lower, more habitable plateaus.
