wolves are killers...and introducing them again again makes no sense. This is no longer a wild country in many areas.

We eradicated these killers from most of the lower 48 by the 1930s. Some remained in Minnesota.

They made a comeback due to the National Park Service and do-goody environmentalists.

Introducing wild wolves into Idaho in the 1990s, they spread rapidly onward into Washington and Oregon and have now reached Northern California. That’s just so special!

I can’t wait until they appear in San Fransico, Berkeley and Los Angeles! Maybe they’ll handle that growing homeless problem Newscum has?

Hard to believe that wild wolves can still make an outdoor living in a semi-arid state with 40 million people.

Farm animals are easy pickings, but where do wolves hide in day light?

We take the land and try to kill them all and we wonder why they might be hungry and itching for a fight.

How is a cattleman, shepherd, or muslim protected from their losses from a state regulation protecting an animal that kills their livestock?

... and the state government is on the side of the wolves and against the farmers.

Against all human beings really, but especially farmers.

Because farmers feed all those other awful humans.

Thank you for referencing that article BenLurkin.

The pioneer ranchers successfully dealt with wolves, coyotes with donkeys. Google and YouTube.

The donkeys then ate all your apples.

There’s a reason why wolves were eradicated in the west.

“CDFW”

California needs to make up their minds. There is an active California Wolf Project (CAWP) led by researchers at UC Berkeley’s Rausser College of Natural Resources in partnership with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) trying to advance the science, conservation, and management of gray wolves as they naturally re-colonize California.

Gray wolves in California were systematically hunted, trapped, and poisoned into extinction by the early 20th century to protect livestock and clear the landscape for agricultural settlement. Now they want to put them back with a noted increase in livestock and taking the range away from them for agricultural advancement while exterminating, or hunting their food sources. In the 1800’s their diet was of elk, mule deer, rabbits and other small animals the ranchers are now cutting into those populations. Of course there is going to be a conflict as to the loss of animals. But they have to make up their minds. If they’re going to try to bring them back, then they will have to pay the price for protecting their possible food sources that were available at the time they exterminated them that the state people wish to make flurish now.
