Summary of Patricia Leidl’s testimony before the Allison Inquiry (Day Three, 10 September 2026)
Patricia Leidl (age 64), a former World Health Organization communications director and researcher, testified about severe health problems she attributes to her second COVID-19 vaccine dose. She previously worked in WHO’s HIV department, for USAID, as an advisor to the UN Population Fund, and wrote the first draft of WHO’s 2002 report The State of the World’s Vaccines. In that report she had written that an effective coronavirus vaccine was unlikely because the virus mutates too quickly, and noted that vaccines typically take 7–15 years to develop.
Before vaccination she was extremely fit and active, living on Vancouver Island and regularly hiking and cycling (she had just completed a demanding 26 km hike in Strathcona Park). She was initially skeptical of the official COVID narrative, noting that properly contextualized death rates appeared similar to seasonal flu. However, she was between contracts and needed vaccination to travel for a job opportunity in Europe, so she proceeded. The first dose was uneventful. She received the second dose about five weeks later (she was prioritized due to familial high blood pressure).
Approximately one week later (around 17 June), she collapsed upon getting out of bed with a racing heart, facial/hand/foot swelling, intense whole-body neuropathic pain, a severe migraine (she is not prone to them), and extreme light sensitivity. She crawled to the phone and was taken to emergency. Doctors diagnosed POTS (which she had never heard of) and sent her home with tramadol and a heart-rate medication.
Symptoms continued and worsened over repeated emergency visits. She was repeatedly told she had “long COVID” (she did not contract COVID until two years later) or was experiencing a mental-health episode. Within two months she gained roughly 70 pounds (from about 130 to 200 lbs), describing herself as puffing up “like a cane toad.” She developed extensive, confluent boils from neck to knees that lasted about six months, leaving her a “grotesque, unrecognizable version” of herself; she could barely walk a block. An ER physician treated her with contempt and prescribed a small tube of cortisone cream.
She also experienced postmenopausal bleeding (she was 12 years past menopause) for several irregular cycles, significant permanent breast enlargement (up about three sizes), sudden right-sided hearing loss requiring a hearing aid plus tinnitus, a year-long migraine, brain fog, and bilateral Achilles tendinopathy. A women’s-health GP dismissed the bleeding and breast changes as common among her vaccine patients, saying “the train has left the station.” Leidl noted that friends reported similar reactions and that these symptoms were unknown in traditional vaccine literature.
Ongoing issues include cognitive decline (memory and mental sharpness), chronic pain, reduced mobility, and a severely restricted daily life (mostly resting, walking the dog, and limited errands). She has spent approximately $250,000 out-of-pocket on treatments not covered by basic insurance, including physiotherapy, prolotherapy, PRP, hyaluronic acid and spinal injections, hyperbaric oxygen, supplements, and care at a Vancouver pain clinic. Some improvement has occurred, but function remains limited.
She described widespread medical gaslighting, loss of friendships and professional contacts (colleagues treated her as “socially contaminated”), and career damage after publicly attributing her injuries to the vaccine (confirmed in reports to Health Canada before stricter rules). She referenced British Columbia’s Health Care and Occupations Act (operationalized around 1 April), which she said criminalizes healthcare workers for spreading what the government deems misinformation, with risks of delicensing and up to six months in jail.
Leidl said she chose to speak out despite knowing it would likely end future employment opportunities, driven by a sense of responsibility and “cussedness” against the gaslighting. She believes she represents a larger group of people whose vaccine-related problems are dismissed as long COVID or aging. She expressed deep disappointment in how fear divided families and communities and how former human-rights colleagues labeled her a “right-wing nut,” while also noting she has met some of the best people through this experience.
The hearing closed with brief additional questions and thanks for her courage and testimony.

The other oddity I have seen is friends who treated Covid like a religion. Masks, many vaccines, constant virtue signaling but still got Covid and have been sick ever since. I want to say to them “Why didn’t you wear a mask? What didn’t you get the vaccine?” after they lectured us for so long.
Not as bad as my 2nd shot issues but sounds similar.
My job involves solving very complex problems.
I thought I was having a mental breakdown as even simple tasks were beyond me.
My company put me on easier tasks and it cleared up in 3 months.
And yet, people rushed to get injected with experimental crap that was developed in a matter of months, or a year or two at best.
If only she’d spoke up when it really mattered.
My God, the list of problems she has suffered is heartbreaking and horrific.
My list is shorter, but troublesome. Initial Moderna shot, one booster, a second booster. No problems. Got COVID three times anyway! Either COVID-provoked or vaccine-caused autoimmune problems — pulmonary embolism 25 months ago, vitiligo (depigmentation of skin) mainly on backs of my hands (on-going, no cure or hope), and COVID “fingers & toes” (endothelial cell inflammation in microvaculature in digits) since fully resolved. I’m getting lesions on the depigmented areas of my left hand and one is diagnosed as pre-cancerous cells. Mohs Surgery is scheduled in two weeks.
Fortunately, I can still hike and climb good hills with backpack and I’m happy with that at age 75.
Some totally shocking testimony has come out of the Allison Inquiry. Of course, one would never know it if only going to the LSM although the Toronto Sun did produce the above piece with quite a few links in it of different testimonies. Other than this piece, there is almost zero reporting.

Certainly a lot of similarities to what came out of the Senate review led by Sen. Ron Johnson when he was examining how federal officials handled reports of possible COVID-19 vaccine side effects, the vaccine reporting system (VAERS) and what was disclosed to the public etc. No surprise about that... the clot shot didn’t discriminate geographically with who was going to be harmed by it...
I initially thought it would take a generation for the medical industry to regain the trust they flung away in a stiff-armed salutes but have since realized they never will.

A former CBC journalist (speaking critically, apparently to an MP or inquiry-related audience) accuses the CBC of shifting from public broadcaster to state propagandist during COVID-19.
Key points:
The perfect crime against innocent, trusting humans. Plausible deniability. Indemnification. Batch number control of contamination. Monitor adverse events in individuals and time it took to trigger the events.

Ottawa Police Detective Helen Grus discusses why she was suspended. She raised concerns about a significant statistical change in how two babies died, based on police database records she was authorized to access as part of her duties. She flagged a case closed within 24 hours without the investigator reviewing the autopsy report and brought the issue to the chief of police.
She emphasizes that accessing the internal police database for investigative purposes is normal police business and not a privacy breach. She followed the principle of “if you see something, say something” when she saw something suspicious.
Grus states she still believes a thorough investigation is needed. She links her suspension (around February 4) to questioning issues that could implicate COVID-19 vaccinations, saying the episode sent a strong message during that period that raising such concerns could lead to suspension.
Thank God my husband and I refused the vaccine. I do know people who apparently had no side effects from the shots.
A lot of them were placebos.
I go to Church with a bunch of them. A supposedly educated man who bragged about getting his 3rd or 4th shot. A woman who claimed "They say it protects the baby in the womb!" about her DIL who was pregnant. And yes, the 2 examples are big libs.

HA...our Doc, at that time, who also had a Masters in Endocrinology tried to convince us to get the shots. We’ve moved, so I do not know what happened to he and his wife, both shot believers.
