If you want to live in the United States, learn the language. If I wanted to move to France, I would learn French.
It has nothing to do with that. It has to do with assimilation into the American culture. They need to learn the F**KING language!
Isn’t it a requirement of citizenship to be able to read and write English? Mustn’t one be a citizen to vote?
Ummm - they take the oath of citizenship in English - it they don’t understand it, then they aren’t qualified to vote.
