EXCLUSIVE: Scrubber thumbnails were recovered from US Capitol CCTV footage published by the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight via Rumble.
The frames appear to show two individuals who place gear bags near the Memorial Door. These stills have been strung together to create a stop motion animation.
0:26 Camera 180 also captured the unsought individual who used a zip tie to lock the doors.
0:58 Camera 179 offers a view of the interior Memorial Door, where officers had become trapped in the foyer as fire extinguishers hit.
A question for @J6Select: Were the files provided by Capitol Police doctored, or tampered with?

some context needed
In the frame where the guy puts the zip tie on, the wrought iron fence ouside the dorr extends past the stair well, where in the green bag placement, it ends short of the stairwell. So there’s more activity in the area than is shown. What time of day is this anyway?
In the General/Chat forum, on a thread titled See photo below, at 16 minutes nobody appears on the camera but the scrubber thumbnail for that time shows individuals placing the infamous bag at the Memorial Door. Did Cap Police try to hide this from Oversight? [J6 missing video], Raycpa wrote: On January 6, rioters at the Lower West Terrace entrances (near the Memorial/Lower West doors) used bear spray and other chemical irritants against police lines, and threw projectiles including fire extinguishers. Officers were driven back inside the tunnel and building, and clouds of chemical irritant filled interior spaces — footage of officers retreating through hazy corridors was widely circulated at the time.
The video the House Rumble account hosted shows the area in front of the doors empty at a specific time. But, at the bottom of the image there's a small thumbnail used when dragging your cursor along the timing track to help a person seeking specific content find it without actually watching the whole video. If you point your cursor to the timing track when the image of the empty area in front of the building is displayed, the full sized image and the small thumbnail (yellow semi circle in the image below) should match.
However, the small image (thumbnail I marked in yellow) shows a man delivering a yellow gear bag or parcel in front of the door. So why does the thumbnail of the point in time in that video not match the full sized image at the same point in time?
Watching the thumbnail later in the video shows a second man arriving and putting zip ties on the door knobs on the outside so officers or those escaping the protesters (bear spray) are now locked inside.
Inquiring minds wanted to know where the original footage was and why it is not captured in the full sized video released.
The X.com account I posted recreated the video by making still images of those little thumbnails on the timing track.
The House needs to explain to the public why those images, at that portion of the full sized video, were unavailable in the video they released. Most people would never think to search the thumbnails.
The man zip tying the doors locked with police inside is clearly doing someting wrong. I can't be sure about the parcel delivery because there's (another) break in the video between the two men - we see the yellow bag arrive, but we don't see it taken into the building. The question is how could footage of these two men 'go missing' on a House CCTV recording, and perhaps why is there a gap in the thumbnail images between the arrival of these two men.

Simple answer--- yes.
That is very, very disturbing, but not surprising. The left have put the most unethical people in positions of power - including the Capitol police. Makes you wonder about Vince Foster.
Looks like they tried to substitute a sill frame or frames and cover over the actual action, the scrubber, the little box on the bottom is still seeing the actual images captured in the main frame...nasty business this...

Whoever processed the videos definitely doctored it but forgot to erase the stored thumbnails. They tried but the swinging of the lamp gave it away. I would place money that it is a fed who both placed the extra bags, zip tied the doors, AND doctored the tape. All with direction from the democrat FIB. If this isn’t evidence tampering I don’t know what is.
