The Women Leaving Their Husbands After Watching Heated Rivalry

It was Christmas Day when Annie decided she was going to leave her husband. There had been no blowout fight, no infidelity, not even a borderline offensively thoughtless Christmas gift. But Annie had seen something she couldn’t unsee. “Episode Six: The Cottage. That was the turning point,” says Annie, a 38-year-old teacher. “I remember just sitting there thinking, This is so far from my reality.”

Nine months after it aired in the U.S., where it averaged over 10.6 million viewers per episode, the influence of Heated Rivalry has only grown, so much so that it has begun to infiltrate a new and unexpected domain: divorce court. Over the last several months, dozens of women have taken to fan forums and social media to talk about how Jacob Tierney’s gay hockey romance inspired them to leave their husbands or long-term partners.

How was she before and after you married? Were there any signs you brushed off before that might have been a red flag, in retrospect?

It's not just women, it is also men. The world has many lost, deluded, and wicked souls taken captive by the adversary who are perishing. There is only one antidote.

2 Thessalonians 2:
  1. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
  2. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
  3. That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

What you said, or, they “have their own truth”, which may or may not be based on facts.

Mainly we married too young. I had an incurable disease that was supposed to keep getting worse and probably kill me or debilitate me by my 40's. So I wanted to marry early and start a family in order for the kids to be grown. Instead, I should have trusted the Lord (He healed me 30 years ago, I owe the Lord!). She was mature for being in her late teens but she wasn't done changing into what she'd eventually mature into ... moving away from the Lord and no longer being attracted to the righteous-man-of-God I still was when we married, still was when she divorced, and still am now.

Evidently the gung-ho Christian she was was just a teenage phase for her, even though she was that for all of our high school years. She eventually decided she wanted to live on the edge and try out bad boys. I forgave her for cheating on me, largely because divorce meant as a father I would hardly see my kids (again, I should have trusted the Lord, because He got me custody!). But in our early 30's she had enough of trying to hold onto a righteous life. She later admitted to our oldest kid that no man treated her like she was a treasure like I did. I believe one of the reasons she kept trying to destroy my life after she left is because she needed to justify her cheating and leaving (by telling herself and others that I'm an awful person).

Another wrinkle is that my state passed a new law, the year she filed for divorce, stating that custodial parents (usually the mother) will lose custody to the noncustodial parents (usually the father) if the custodial parent moves the kids more than X miles away (I think it's 40 miles) unless there's abuse or drug use, etc. She was moving, with the kids, 200 miles away. So it may be, because of the moving away law, that her legal strategy was to create a fake paper trail by calling the police and saying really, really bad things about me many times over to later say in court, "See how many times the police had to be called to his house?". The same for trying to make our old friends hate me, though they could see through it, so they wouldn't testify for her. It didn't matter. The judge didn't care about the new law anyway. So she had no legal reason to try to destroy me. But by the time we realized it, she was already in the zone to keep fantasizing my downfall. While I was using my new free time and my troubles to get close to God than before.

The gorgeous thing I married after my ex-wife is still into Jesus and still (after 20 years) thinks that I'm attractive for being into Jesus. It still makes her heart go thumpity-thump when my grown kids and step-kids ask me questions about the Bible or for tips on saving and investing.

Watching from a screen, watching continually fixated as Eve was, to the point of doing The Corrupters bidding.

Watching from a screen created from the Fallen Ones, reverse technologies interjected into the now, Roswell included.

Adam Envy, mind leeched. Has to have Man. “Take this Adam” she declares proudly, ( and you will be eliminated) and she will take his Place

Lucifer, false light leeching.

"Why were normal women watching a “gay hockey romance” in the first place?"

Perhaps because they're not normal.

"Why were normal women was anyone watching a “gay hockey romance” in the first place?

Whenever finook action pops up on TV, I retch, then I lunge for the remote and immediately change the channel. My wife laughs when she sees my reaction but she "gets" it.

Anyone who isn't grossed out by the portrayal of "men" kissing or butt-blasting each other on TV is either a cuck or a finook.

It would interesting if Elle did a follow up on these dissatisfied women who divorce their husbands to see how they’re doing. I would bet not well. Maybe they would turn to lesbianism.

ps

Sex in the City was written by gays about gay men too.

"Instead, they’re going overseas for their future wives... Women that still love and desire the attention that a good man can give them"

I was all done with American gals after dumping the last one I dated. She was always posturing with that "STRONG WOMAN!!!!!" bullshit, yet her hand was always out looking for me to pay for everything, like her car repairs and whatever she wanted to buy.

She also had that "feminist," sniping, man-hate power game going on and I'm the last guy in the world to play along with that sick shit. Yeah, she was a lefty too. I quickly tired of the whole boring faux-feminist show and moved on. Frankly, at that point, I had tired of dating American women with all the baggage they seemed to carry. Too aggressive, critical, cynical, demanding, petty and materialistic for me. And the lilting, screechy, infantile tone of voice most of them spoke in was a real turnoff for me.

Then, in the course of my travels, I lucked into meeting an absolutely gorgeous British woman who is kind, generous, non-demanding, funny and totally comfortable in her femininity. Fifteen years on now!
