Whenever I see the phrase, “my reality“, that is a clear indication. There is unlikely to be any rational discourse that can result from it.
Those kinds of people have “feelings“ and they view them as “their reality“.
In my experience, people who adopt that kind of viewpoint are detached from reality and living in a fantasy world.

Men often get a very raw deal when it comes to child custody and financial settlements. Divorce can certainly make a man unhappy for those reasons. However, in general, what I have seen is that women overwhelmingly are the ones to file for divorce and in the aftermath the man often feels relief and a sense of peace, while the woman who started the whole thing is filled with regret and unhappiness because she threw away a good thing and ruined her life. I think this happens a lot.
Of course, horrible situations (ex. physical abuse) are a completely different story. But this article is basically, “I watched TV and then decided to divorce my husband.” I would bet good money that these women will quickly regret their decision. But the man is likely to be happier.

Yup. I think that is a core problem of society right now. Many people don't believe in the concept of "truth". They don't believe in "objective reality". For them, the only thing which is at all "real" would be their feelings. They feel the way they feel, and you are not allowed to tell them they are wrong. They win that argument just because in their reality, they are always right.
