Breaking: Where are the REAL men in America?
Twitter/X ^ | September 8, 2026 | General Mike Flynn

Posted on 09/08/2026 2:59:38 PM PDT by packagingguy

Too many men have quit the workforce. They simply have decided not to work, not provide for their families, or offer leadership for their sons.

The family unit has been collapsing in America for decades now partially because the man in the house decided comfort was more important than duty.

They have been spoiled.

Soft hands and weak spines.

A generation of boys are being raised on screens instead of sweat. They know every video game and almost nothing about a job that leaves dirt under their fingernails.

Reality for our nation is coming whether they (we) want it or not. A man who will not carry his load is not a man the country can afford.

Men, GET BACK TO WORK!

He just handed Democrats ammunition for the midterms.

I disagree, all this happened on the Democrats' watch.

True Rate of Unemployment: The percentage of the U.S. labor force that is functionally unemployed (24.9%)

Ignoring this problem and hoping for the best in the midterms is not a very wise strategy.

I don’t think this country is beyond repair, but there is definitely a screw loose in this country for sure.

Fixing these cultural problems may be as or more difficult than fixing the economic problems, but one thing is certain: it won’t happen overnight.

It has taken us decades to end up in this bizarre, cultural backwater we are in, and it may take us decades to get out of it.

General Flynn is a good guy. He was born in 1958. He's a Baby Boomer. Different time. I consider him to be a Patriot. He is wrong on this issue.

It happens. No one is perfect.

You overestimate the intelligence of the American people.

They are unemployed because they choose to be.

Yes…”The long March through the institutions” is right on.

Last month I finished dictating an audiobook “The Naked Communist“ where this type of approach was well documented.

That book was written back in 1958.

That message has been suppressed, concealed, hidden, and ridiculed by Education, media, and entertainment. In other words, by the Left, both here and abroad.

Only a dimwit might ask in ignorance: “Gee, why is that?“

We’re finally figuring out what’s going on. Personally, I think it’s too late.

How do you know this? Have you ever looked at how many people apply for one job on LinkedIn?

By LinkedIn’s own numbers the chance of landing a position one applies for is well below the acceptance rate at Harvard University.

We’re literally going to have to stare into the abyss before anything changes.

And it’s coming!

I don’t think it’s too late.

However, it isn’t going to happen in a single presidential cycle that’s for sure.

“”””How do you know this? “”””””””

I was an employer for 40 years. So many of these people are unemployed because they can’t get the exact job they want.

This America?
With all of these mooching grifters?
They won’t fight for what they have no vested interest in.
You fight for your $50K purchase price now $1.2M house

Many follow that other sage called Crockett

“You can all go to hell.I’m going to Texas!”

One of the worst aspects of illegal immigration and immigrants doing a lot of the “dirty jobs”, is that those kinds of jobs are stigmatized, as when Dumbya talked about the “jobs Americans are unwilling to do.”

When you choose to be unemployed, you become “self-unemployed.”
