There is no secret list. ICE can determine within a couple minutes if someone has overstayed a visa to America.
Start de-banking their employers
Its a good thing to do and its justice for all the banks debanking people,they didnt agree with politically for decades.
Cut off all money transfers, especially at Wal Mart.
Stop services like Walmart Money Transfers to outside the country. Also need to de-bank employers of illegals.
