I have longed wished for every victim of Illegal Alien crime to be a liberal or a relative of a liberal, the higher up the liberal food chain, the better.

But it's usually the other way round, where some decent American family is impacted by Illegals' heinous crimes.

It is obvious what is coming on this one. Police departments in California follow specific supervisor-led policies that require officers to terminate a vehicle pursuit when the danger to the public outweighs the immediate need to capture a suspect. The Los Angeles Police Department, instruct officers to break off a chase immediately if it enters a high-risk phase, like driving the wrong way on a freeway or speeding through crowded residential areas. So the local police will restrain the ICE agents from chasing after an illegal due to danger assessment.

It stands to reason just like guns for liberals. If the victim cannot have a gun to protect themselves, then only criminals will have them and will have free reign. If ICE is stopped from chasing a person, then the local cops will detain them while the illegal drives away. And they will call it lawfully done.
